If you e-mail me about these things, I will try to be pleasant and make conversation, but the truth is that I am fundamentally opposed to being interested in these things and that we should avoid them for the good of our conversation and relationship:

  • Video games

  • World/national politics

  • People I don't know

  • History (ie times I don't know)

  • Making money

Actually, talking to these things will lead to a discussion of worldviews, values and principles (YourPrinciples and MyPrinciples) that may uncover key differences between your worldview and mine that will challenge the way we evaluate our pasts and orient our futures. And that's not always pleasant. So be forewarned.
