Flower Market is pretty easy to find ... It is on Shanxi Road, in between Fuxing Zhong Road and Yongjia Road.
If you take the metro line 1 to Shanxi Road, then walk south down Shanxi road, you will cross Nanchong Road, then Fuxing Road. Headed in that direction, the market will be on your left. It has a large coutyard at the entrance and you will see a number of people standing around that have flowers. A bus stop is directly across the street.

There's a flower/plant market on Kai Xuen road near An Shun road. A bhigger one down the road on Kai Xuan road, just across from the Hong Qiao light rail station.
