For RMB 40 I can get an RMB 100 card (17968) that charges RMB 1.8 per minute for calls to the US. What is the cost per minute in USD?

RMB 100 / ( RMB 1.8 / minute ) = 55.6 minutes / card
( RMB 40 / card ) / ( 55.6 minutes / card ) = RMB 0.72 / minute
( RMB 0.72 / minute ) * ( 1 dollar / RMB 8.23 ) = 8.75 cents / minute
Which is pretty competitive. And the sound quality is excellent. The disadvantage is only being able to talk for 55 minutes, but that hasn't been a problem.
UPDATE: A guy outside the Jinjiang Park metro station advertises these for RMB 35.
