If you have Word 2000 or above, use the "2 pages per sheet" option in Page Setup (double-click on the ruler at the edge of the document). You can either create the document on page 1 and copy/paste it to page 2 or just choose to print specific pages 1,1 to print page 1 twice.
At WFLMS for the photocopier/printer, make sure to enter the "Printer Options" and choose the right paper size (A4).
This year using my template the science office printer will print two pages on one page sheet of paper if I just specify to print pages "1,1", but the photocopier is not cooperating. Will investigate further...
