How to Apply

Step 0
Jodi's parents get their Chinese passports, take US visa photos including digital copies which they send to us.

Step 1
We complete the Nonimmigrant Visa Electronic Application (DS-160) form. Need digital copy of US visa app photo.

Step 2
We pay the visa application fee on US Travel Docs site. US $160 / RMB 1008.00

Step 3
We schedule the interview appointment on US Travel Docs site, for Hunan it will be at Beijing embassy. We will need the following three pieces of information in order to schedule the appointment:

  • Parents' passport numbers.

  • The receipt numbers from the Visa Fee receipts.

  • The ten (10) digit barcode numbers from the DS-160 confirmation pages.

Step 4
Jodi's parents visit the U.S. Consulate General in Beijing on the date and time of the visa interviews. They must bring

  • a printed copy of the appointment letter,

  • DS-160 confirmation page,

  • one photograph taken within the last six months and

  • current and all old passports.

Applications without all of these items will not be accepted.
