Micah Sittig lives in Ojai, California. He teaches physics and other assorted subjects in the science department at Ojai Valley School on the edge of Ojai Valley in Southern California. In 2006 he married his beautiful wife, and celebrated the arrival of his daughters Charlotte, Maryann and Jobay in 2007, 2008 and 2011. His interests run along the lines of language (Chinese, Spanish), open source (Linux, Perl, free speech, lifestyle), science (physics, astronomy, statistics), photography, post-modernism (lifestyle, philosophy), volleyball, soccer, backpacking, and astronomy/telescopes.
