And I used this powershell command:

Get-ControlPanelItem dev*pri* | Show-ControlPanelItem

I right clicked on the Sittigbot device, chose the Hardware tab, scrolled down to Qualcomm WCN685x Bluetooth Adapater, double-clicked on it, then clicked the Change Settings button in the General Tab, then chose the Power Management tab and turned off "Allow computer to turn off this device to save power" option.

Yay.
