So this is my idea. Find a cool bus line, maybe late at night so it's relatively empty. Take a cooler and fill it with sodas and snacks. Get a tape deck with some small speakers. Buy/make party hats. Invite a bunch of friends. Wear party clothes. Hop on the bus at the end of the line, and party hardy to the other end. Quick party, scare the locals.
