FLOUR TORTILLAS

3 1/2 cups flour

1/2 tab salt

1/2 cup plus 2 tab margarine (or some other fat)

3/4 cup water (more or less)
This works best in a food processor but can be done laboriously with
a fork by hand. Mix flour and salt. Cut in the margarine til
crumbs form. Add water and beat into a ball of dough. Let it rest 10
minutes. Break off chunks and roll into tortillas; brown on a
non-stick skillet.
